Thanks to those who have supported me on my journey…you know who you are! Thank you!
I’ll mention a few people here who helped make this blog possible.
(If you’d like a link on this page, just ask! We’re here for each other! )
_______
David Sunfellow, an AMAZING photographer took the photo on the main page, and I’ll probably use more of his lovely photos from time to time. He is also another soul willing to look at death to live a fuller life. He has compiled one of the largest collections of Near Death Experiences with many videos and personal testimonies.
Christine Tenenholtz took my headshots a few years back. She’s a talented photographer and beautiful artist who creates handmade stoneware that was featured on the Today Show! Her Etsy shop Red Hot Pottery is featured on Etsy all the time because her work is so beautiful. I have one of her little heart bowls that my daughter and I adore. Check her out here: http://www.etsy.com/shop/redhotpottery
Bruce Fraser, for his unending technical, video and friend support! He’s the guy behind Sedona Video Productions and was the man behind the camera/editing for many of my “Out & About with Megan” episodes. He and Mr. Sedona just released two very cool apps for Sedona – the Sedona Vortex App and the Sedona Hiking App. Check him out here: http://sedonavideos.com/
Other sites I’m inspired by:
The Miss Foundation - The MISS Foundation is a 501 (c) 3, volunteer based organization committed to providing crisis support and long term aid to families after the death of a child from any cause. MISS also participates in legislative and advocacy issues, community engagement and volunteerism, and culturally competent, multidisciplinary, education opportunities.
And it’s founder Dr. Joanne Cacciatoire has a beautiful blog here that reminded me to be a light unto the darkness…
This right here is probably the MOST MOVING BLOG I have ever seen in my life and 2 million visits to it shows I’m not the only one who thinks so. This woman inspires me…she helped me find courage to share my story, too.
This post, “My Blog’s Giving Me the Finger” made me laugh and remember why I really blog…

I use Bargain Believer to save 40-90% on my groceries using coupons – it’s extremely empowering in this recession and I’ve even got my husband into it now! Juli, the woman behind Bargain Believer, has an inspiring story of her own. She, too, knows what it’s like to go through a devastating loss, unfortunately. She inspires me and saves me more money then I can mention. Thanks Juli!
Spiritual Sources:
These are signposts as Eckhart Tolle calls them…people, books, authors, sites that remind me of who I really am, and how to live life fully, joyfully, radiantly. They’ve changed my life in big ways and small.
Conversations With God – I’ve read all the books. I most like Book 1 and 2, and Communion With God, but they are all amazing. (Gosh, I use that word a lot! Need to look up some synonyms!)
Don Miguel Ruiz and “The Four Agreements.” Also, his book “The Mastery of Love” changed the way I look at relationships forever.
Marianne Williamson

Oprah & most especially of late, her Super Soul Sundays and Oprah’s Master Class – they make me want to be a greater light to the world. The one I most enjoyed recently was with Jane Fonda – it was like hearing my own story replayed and uncovered. I found a great blog on the insights Fonda shared here.
Mark Nepo and The Book of Awakening. Wow. Can’t wait to read it. I was very moved by his personal story on Oprah’s Super Soul Sunday…in fact, it changed my life, too!
Thich Nhat Hanh – wow, how do I even begin to describe the difference his words have made in my life? I am thoroughly enjoying his book, “You Are Here” and will speak on it frequently on this blog. I also have his “Present Moment, Wonderful Moment” daily cards that remind me every day to be mindful and to relish the present moment. They were given to me by the artist who does all the artwork for Thay’s calendars, etc. Mr. Nicholas Kirsten-Honshin, another man who inspires me.
I also highly recommend all of Eckhart Tolle’s books – most especially A New Earth, The Power of Now, Stillness Speaks – gosh, they are all amazing. I LOVE the Stillness Speaks CDs for in my car to keep me present to life. I also love the Gateways to Now CDs, they were a huge part of my healing in accepting the now, even when it brought pain.
Also, my dear friend Allie Olson gifted me with Catherine Ponder’s Open Your Mind to Receive which did just that! I wish everyone in the world would read this book!
More to come…
